Ms. Susan didn't just break her ankle, she tore ligaments and a tendon. She doesn't do things half way.
Surgery yesterday went really well, according to the surgeon, but would you really expect him to say it was crappy?
She's resting now and not in a great deal of pain. We'll curl up here at the house and watch the game.
Depending on her recovery, we hope to make a couple games this year, even if just to tailgate.
